Terms of Service

BriefExams is an online practice platform that provides timed mock tests modelled on competitive examinations such as the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination. It is a preparation aid only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any government body.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BriefExams independently. Users aged 16 or 17 may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree that you will not:

• Cheat, use unfair means, or attempt to manipulate test scores or rankings.
• Copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, or share test questions or content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
• Share your account credentials or take a test on behalf of another person.

We monitor test sessions for integrity (including tab-switching and answer-timing patterns). Sessions that appear irregular may be flagged and excluded from rankings.

All questions, explanations, and other content on BriefExams are owned by BriefExams and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own preparation only.

BriefExams is a practice platform provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee any particular examination result or outcome. Scores, ranks, and percentiles are indicative only and have no official standing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriefExams shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
