Refund Policy

If you pay for a test but never start it, you are eligible for an automatic full refund within 7 days.

If a confirmed technical failure on our side prevents you from taking or completing a test, you will receive a full refund within 7 days.

If a test is auto-submitted due to session expiry while you had answered fewer than 10 questions, the case is reviewed manually and a free test credit is issued within 48 hours.

Once a test has been completed and submitted, no refund is available.

If you dispute a question and the dispute is confirmed, your score will be recalculated accordingly. Confirmed disputes result in score recalculation only — no cash refund is issued.
