  • Your name and email address (via our authentication provider).
  • Your test scores, answers, and performance history.
  • Basic device and usage information (e.g. browser type, activity during tests).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, deliver and score your tests, generate rankings and analytics, provide support, and improve the product. We process integrity signals (such as tab-switching) to keep rankings fair.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the processors listed below, strictly to operate the service.

4. Data Processors

  • Supabase — database and storage. Data is hosted in the Singapore region.
  • Clerk — authentication. Clerk is based in the United States.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@briefexams.com.
